Every contractor in our network is certified as licensed, insured, experienced and reliable and is required to pass a criminal background check. We won’t send anyone to your home that we wouldn’t welcome into our own.

We respect our customers and know that your time is valuable. Provide three convenient dates and times when you are available and we will confirm your appointment by email, specifying the one hour window within which your contractor will arrive.

Ensuring a great experience in home improvement starts with finding the best independent contractor for your project.

Every contractor who participates in our program is certified to be insured, licensed and experienced in their trade. Their certification is evidenced by an ID Badge, which they are required to wear while working at your home. Less than 10% of contractors nationwide meet our criteria for certification.

Project Monitoring
We track your project from start to finish, keep you updated on a regular basis and have a dedicated Customer Solutions Team to answer your questions and help resolve any issues.

Warranty Support
The contractor provides you with a one year Labor warranty. Ollaf is here to make sure that the contractor lives up to that warranty.
